Excellent shipping and packaging! I like trying different herbals and I think the products are a great value and very good quality!

Don’t buy from this seller. He sent me the wrong bottle, said he’d look into it, and then never followed up. His response times are ridiculously slow. I ordered because I specifically wanted Kanna, and added a few other bottles to the purchase. I never got the Kanna, even after asking multiple times. He promised to refund my entire order and never did. When I finally contacted Etsy, he got really angry and unprofessional. He kept claiming he refunded the whole thing, but I only got refunded for one bottle out of four. The whole experience was such a headache that I ended up throwing everything away. Totally not worth it.
