I was happy with tincture, , my only critique is that it's not ethanol based but is very thick with some kind of honey base. Also all ingredients should be listed on bottles

I try small amounts for 3am-01:00pm-11:00pm. Second day before 11:00meditation.i hit tha bed. It works like magic.
